Jeannie S. Brooks, PsyD is a Florida Licensed Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the evaluation and treatment of complex and highly diverse mental health difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, personality disorders, and interpersonal/relational difficulties. Dr. Brooks began her career mostly in the private sector, where she also served as an Expert Witness across various Court systems and provided testimony on complex psychological issues.
Her dedication to furthering the scientific study of psychology led to several publications in scholarly journals on a wide range of topics, in addition to co-authoring book chapters. Her experiences helped to create a solid foundation in clinical assessment, as well as accurate diagnostic formulation and treatment. Dr. Brooks remains deeply committed to helping individuals in need of residential mental health treatment and their loved ones at Mark Behavioral Health, and offers a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to the assessment and treatment of the Clients here.
