From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and safe. The facility was always clean, organized, was a peaceful environment that made it easy to focus on my healing. Staff shows they care, they take the time to know you, listen, and support you. The therapists here are phenomenal. Each one brings compassion, professionalism, and insight into every session. I found trauma therapy especially helpful for me. I was able to process things I’ve carried for years. There’s a sense of community here, almost like a family away from home. With the work and healing I did while here, I don’t expect to ever return, but if I had to, I would in a heartbeat. Thanks so much to everyone who made a difference while I was here.

I have been seeking treatment for deep depression for over a year. 6 facilities later and I came to MBH & I truly believe it was the best decision I made. The doctors listened to me & more importantly they heard me. I was finally put on a med regiment that worked. The techs and other staff was AMAZING. Super clean facility. Full of compassion & empathy. I cant say enough about this place, it truly gave me the help I have been seeking for almost a year. They helped me to live again. Thank you, Jeannie, Kim, Steven, Brandon, Hannah, Miss T. All the nurses, and Mark the aftercare coordinator. Theese people genuinely are invested in giving the best experience possible. I cant express enough gratitude for this facility.

My experience at Mark behavioral health was an experience I never thought I would have . I found Mark on my own through a website because I was going through a lot and I needed help so I researched. I found Mark! They called me immediately, the intake process was quick and effective . After two days I was on a plan to Florida . I loved the nurses , the techs , the therapist, and the director. They are all so amazing!! I recommend coming here no matter your situation because they really do care !! I love and I miss yall !
