Yuliya Plotkin is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of nursing experience and six years of advanced clinical practice. She earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Rush University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Loyola University Chicago.
Yuliya’s diverse clinical background spans medical-surgical care, intensive care, and oncology in hospital settings. However, her personal and professional journey led her to specialize in addiction medicine and mental health—a field in which she has found her true calling. She is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges with compassion and clinical excellence.
Grounded in empathy, Yuliya’s approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their recovery. She takes great pride in guiding her patients through their healing journey, and considers it a profound privilege to witness their growth and transformation.
In addition to her professional achievements, Yuliya is the proud and busy mother of two energetic toddlers, which has further deepened her appreciation for resilience, balance, and human connection.
